What + Why
The Father Board is a facilitated experience for professional men where you'll find your board--a highly curated peer group of men serving as each others personal board of directors, propelling you to the next level of your potential.
In The Father Board, you’ll uplevel your leadership to live your legacy in all areas of your life. You’ll develop the tools to have deeply connected family relationships as well as fulfilling and impactful professional lives.
The Father Board is an entirely new kind of male relationship and peer experience.
Over the past several years I’ve developed programming to support women in living the fullness of who they’re here to become as ambitious professionals, as mothers, as friends, as global citizens. I’m proud of my track record in supporting women to create rich, dynamic, impactful lives. Then I’d go home at night to my husband and my three boys, or I’d show up to coach one of my incredible male clients, and I’d feel a twinge...could I be doing more to support men in honing their leadership across all areas of their lives?
The Father Board is my resounding YES.
In my experience, many fathers are groomed to feel like lone wolves. Women have extensive networks of support as mothers, while men have few to none. The fathers I work with have a deep sense of responsibility and devotion to their families, but they often feel more successful in the professional realm than the personal. They want to show up for their partners and their children, but they feel stressed about uncertain and competing expectations, and can often retreat into habitual roles modeled in mainstream culture or their family of origin.
The Father Board is for men who:
- Desire to play a significant role in their family and in their children’s lives.
- Desire impactful professional experiences as well as deeply satisfying personal relationships.
- Think less compartmentally about family life and work life than previous generations.
- Feel constrained by traditional roles and desire different family dynamics from what was modeled growing up, but aren’t completely sure what a new paradigm looks like.
If you want to discover how to create rich, multi-faceted, dynamic lives as professionals and fathers, then The Father Board is for you.

FAQ's We Know You'll Ask
HOW CAN I JOIN A 90-MINUTE CALL IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY TWICE A MONTH?
We get it. We never said growth is easy. However, we do know that what matters most to us, we make time for. What we also know is that Mothers prioritize themselves last, and that certainly isn’t the legacy you want to be living. Like anything, you have to want it enough to actually do something about it.
WITH 8 PEOPLE ON A VIDEO CALL, WILL I GET COACHED PERSONALLY?
YES! Sarah brilliantly will ensure that everyone is coached 1:1 during the time together. There is also huge value in watching others be coached. Sarah facilitates in a way that engages everyone’s leadership whether you’re the one being coached or holding space for a fellow Father Board member.
WHAT KIND ACCOUNTABILITY WILL THERE BE?
Sarah will ask each Board member to submit answers to three questions each week. Taking no more than 5 minutes, these create accountability, transparency, and an opportunity for support within the FB Group, not only by Sarah, but also by your fellow Father Board members.
SARAH, A WOMAN, IS COACHING A GROUP OF MEN?
YES! With nearly a decade of professional coaching experience serving leaders across industries, Sarah also raises 3 sons and is married to an accomplished, risk-taking professional. She gets the trials, tribulations, and complicated desires of committed ambitions. You're in amazing hands with Sarah.
