It doesn’t really matter what the dream or desire is, we believe that with drive and commitment, just about anything can be created.

We’re here for a nano-second in this lifetime, so let’s get going. This doesn’t mean diving in recklessly or dismissing research and study. In fact, sometimes it means slowing way down and being selective. Sometimes it means being ruthless with yourself to own your desires, face your habits, define your growth, plot your trajectory. We strive for excellence and feeling alive, and that only happens right now, on the other side of your excuses.

5. Be first, do second

Our culture rewards our ability to do anything and everything. The result of such focus on doing and achieving is that we can be left feeling exhausted, anxious and overwhelmed. This is because we are forgetting to nourish our being. We believe that investing in your beingness (spirit, consciousness, insert your particular linguistic convention here) is a top priority. When your beingness is operating from a place of alignment and aliveness, the doing and achieving takes care of itself, and you will feel more than merely successful–you will feel fulfilled.
